This Magento Community Edition Project +P21 Integration

Our client needed eCommerce integrated into their ERP system so they could stop double entering data and get eCommerce orders inserted into, and flowing thru their normal workflow.

This custom Magento website uses The Epicor P21 API to pull product data, stock levels, and detailed information from the distributor’s ERP system. We also use the Epicor P21 API to create new customers in P21 and insert new orders in real-time.

Working with The Epicor API is no easy task. Documentation is less than stellar and some of the endpoints don’t behave as expected. Despite all of the Epicor P21 Challenges we faced, this project is live and running well in a cloud environment.
