Shopify Project Features

Background: AED 123, a life-saving Automated External Defibrillator (AED) provider, required a significant overhaul of their online presence to enhance their market reach and sales. Their previous website was outdated, poorly designed, and ineffective in converting visitors into customers.

Objective: To develop a visually stunning and user-friendly Shopify e-commerce store for AED 123, ensuring a seamless and engaging online shopping experience for customers seeking life-saving AED devices.

Process: The project commenced with AdobeXD files, which were meticulously sliced into HTML5 and CSS by our skilled designers. Following this, the designs were expertly coded into Liquid, Shopify’s proprietary templating language.

A unique aspect of this project was the intensive content management required. Unlike typical Shopify stores, over half of the pages developed for AED 123 were dedicated to non-shopping content, showcasing our versatility and capability in handling diverse web development needs.

Outcome: The final product is a 100% custom Shopify design that aligns with the client’s specific requirements, including minimal use of Shopify Apps. The site is not only aesthetically pleasing but also boasts an enhanced user experience, contributing to a higher conversion rate and better customer engagement.

Highlights:

  • Collaboration between Seota, High Bandwidth, and the client’s agency of record.
  • Transformation from AdobeXD designs to a fully functional Shopify store.
  • Extensive content management beyond standard e-commerce needs.
  • A minimalistic approach to Shopify Apps, as per client request.
  • Enhanced user experience leading to improved sales conversions.

Conclusion: The AED 123 Shopify store is a testament to Seota and High Bandwidth’s expertise in creating custom, user-centric e-commerce solutions. This project stands out as one of our most remarkable collaborations, successfully delivering a platform that not only meets but exceeds client expectations in the digital marketplace.
